Paul O. Erubami, CFM, FMP, SFP

Paul brings a wealth of global management expertise in the convergence of real estates and facility management.

Paul holds the Certified Facility Management (CFM), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) and the Facility Management Professional (FMP) of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), USA and also Certified by the British Institute of Facility Management (CBIFM).

He is a graduate of Architecture from Ambrose Alli University and has an Msc in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from The University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

With more than 15 years experience in facility management strategy and operations leadership in oil and gas, telecoms and corporate real estates, Paul brings a wealth of global management expertise in the convergence of real estates and facility management. He has also been at the forefront of capacity development in the facility management through training. Paul has previously worked with Alpha Mead Facilities and Management Services as a General Manager where he was responsible for the successful deployment of integrated facility management for Shell Nigeria base locations in the Niger Delta.

Prior to this appointment at Eliezer, he was the Principal Consultant and CEO of Max-Migold Limited, a Physical Facilities advisory, training, inspections and technology solutions firm.
