Benedict Alabi (MSc, FICA, FCIB) is the first African, awarded Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) certification by the umbrella body of all facility management practitioners worldwide, International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Houston, USA after successfully completing the three practical modules of the study (Strategy and Alignment for Sustainable Facility Management, Managing a Sustainable Facility and Operating a Sustainable Facility).Benedict is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and also an Associate of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals and Member of Environmental Society of Nigeria. He left the banking industry as an Executive Manager to join the promoters of Eliezer Group as Pioneer Group Chief Executive because of his passion for built environment and environmental issues.Benedict serves on the Technical Committee of Federal Government of Nigeria, on Development of Green BuildingInitiative for Nigeria which is an Establishment of Building Rating System. Both Initiatives of Federal Government of Nigeria are directed towards taming building collapse in Nigeria.Before joining Eliezer group, Benedict gathered experience globally on facility management and environmental issues and, he participated in many hands-on facility management trainings in Asia, Europe and America to prepare him for the role.

Olukayode (BSc, MBA, MNIM) is a multifaceted professional with a strong background in business development, project management, and finance. As leader of our business development group, he leverages his extensive experience in leadership roles to drive market penetration, manage high-performing teams, and boost business profitability – expertise honed during his tenure as Regional Business Executive at Sterling Bank.Olukayode holds an MBA in International Business from Lagos State University and a BSc in Business Administration (specializations in Banking and Finance) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. A chartered member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, he has undergone numerous local and international training programs, including those at Lagos Business School and the State Bank of India.With exceptional IT proficiency, communication, and analytical skills, Olukayode excels at motivating teams, driving operational changes, and achieving organizational objectives. He spent 23 years in the banking sector before resigning in 2018 to be in private business.He is committed to continuous skill development and enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and participating in sports like golf and soccer.

Ade (BSC, MBA, FCIB) is a results-driven management consultant and banker with over 30 years of experience driving growth and excellence in Nigeria’s banking and consulting sectors.He has held various management positions in top banks, including Heritage Bank Sterling Bank and Unity Bank Plc before overseeing the Finance and Administration of Eliezer Workplace Management Limited.He is a fellow of Chartered institute of Bankers among others with a BSc in Banking and Finance from Ogun State University and Masters of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management, Lagos State University.His last responsibility in banking industry was Zonal Head of Credit Risk Management (Lagos & West) at Unity Bank Plc before venturing into management consulting and Facility Management. He attended numerous general management trainings Programs both locally and internationally, including Enterprises Risk Management by Mundi Consulting in London, United Kingdom, and Corporate Leadership Level (1) organized by ICLED Business School of Leadership in USA among others.
